Terms of sale
How buying works, what the timelines are, and what happens if you change your mind.
Who is selling
The seller is Sara Barriga Llaneza, tax ID 28949073P, address Avda. Virgen de Guadalupe 27, 2.º C derecha, 10001 Cáceres. Contact: buzon@leboncote.es.
Your order
You choose your pieces, review the cart and move to the payment gateway. The order is confirmed once payment goes through, and you then receive an email with the details.
Because these are handmade pieces in short runs, one may sell out between adding it to your cart and paying. If that happens you are told before anything is charged.
Prices and taxes
Displayed prices include applicable VAT. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before you confirm payment and are never added afterwards.
Payment methods
Card and Bizum are accepted through Stripe. Payment details are entered on their gateway and never pass through this website.
Shipping
Timelines and zones are detailed on the shipping and returns page. Every piece is prepared before it leaves the workshop, and you receive the tracking number by email once the order is on its way.
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw without giving any reason, as set out in Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
To exercise it, write to buzon@leboncote.es quoting your order number. The item must come back unused, in its original condition and with its packaging.
The refund is issued to the same payment method within 14 days of receiving the return and checking its condition. Return shipping is paid by the shop, which goes beyond what the law requires.
Warranty
All pieces carry the statutory conformity warranty of three years from delivery, under Spanish Royal Decree-Law 7/2021. It covers manufacturing defects, not wear from normal use or damage from misuse.
As these are handmade, small variations in grain, shade or measurements between pieces are not defects: they are inherent to the product and are noted on each product page.
Complaints
Write to buzon@leboncote.es and you will get a reply within 24 working hours.
If we cannot reach an agreement, you may turn to the consumer arbitration board of your region or, if buying from another European Union country, to the European Consumer Centre.
Note: the former European online dispute resolution platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025, so it is no longer an available route.
