Who processes your data

What data and what for
- If you buy: name, shipping address, email and phone. Used to prepare and ship your order and to help you if something goes wrong. Legal basis: performance of the sales contract.
- If you use the contact form: name, email and your message, plus phone and order number if you provide them. Used to reply to you. Legal basis: your consent.
- If you ask to be notified about new runs: your email. Legal basis: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
- Tax obligations: invoicing data is kept because the law requires it.
No profiling and no automated decision-making is carried out about you.
How long we keep it
Order data is kept for the duration of the commercial relationship and thereafter for as long as tax and accounting obligations require — six years for commercial records under Spanish law. Contact emails are deleted once the matter is closed. Notification subscriptions, until you unsubscribe.
Who else sees it
Selling and shipping requires a few providers, which process the data on behalf of the controller and only for what they are instructed to do:

Your card details never pass through this website: payment takes place on Stripe’s gateway, which receives and holds them.
Data is never sold or transferred to third parties for advertising.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, object to processing, request its restriction, or ask for it in a portable format. Just write to buzon@leboncote.es saying what you need.
If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
